Paola Marciò graduated in 1998 from University of the Sacred Heart of Milan and is an Italian qualified lawyer since 2001. Paola has developed her experience working in Italian’s leading law firms focused on the Intellectual and industrial property’s protection.

Paola mainly assists companies –multinational groups of companies, as well as SME companies and start-ups- in protecting their trademarks, patents, utility models and registered designs. Such activities include the assistance in relation to both out-of courts procedures and in-court proceedings in front of both Italian and International authorities, the draft of the most appropriate contractual instruments, as well as the consultancy activity provided on an ongoing basis in order to advice and support the clients in connection to the valorization and preservation of their intangible assets.
