David Ottolenghi, a NUS’ founder member, provides his assistance to either foreign and Italian companies on commercial, antitrust, consumer protection and privacy law matters.

David, graduated at Tor Vergata University of Rome, specialized in European Law at the College of Europe, Bruges, and worked within the European Commission – DG COMP, in primary level international Law Firms and has been legal consultant for Sky Italia for over 10 years.

His practice also includes cross-border distribution and franchising agreements, clients’ assistance within proceeding in front of the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission, privacy law consulting and compliance to GDPR, general assistance on payment services legal and regulatory issues. Italian mother tongue, fluent in English and French.
