Massimo Rezzonico, a NUS’ founder member, provides his assistance to either foreign and Italian companies on corporate and commercial matters.

Massimo, grown-up as lawyer at Italian based international law firms, has developed an extensive experience in relation to domestic and cross-border transactions, having assisted through the years many top corporate clients both Italian and foreigner.

Massimo assists entrepreneurs in setting up their business, as well as in the management of the relationships between shareholders and with third parties. He also serves as independent member in several Italian start ups’ board of directors.

A 2000 graduate from the Law School of the University of the Sacred Heart of Milan (Italy), is an Italian qualified lawyer since 2005 and a member of the Milan Bar Association (Ordine Avvocati Milano), Massimo is fluent in Italian and English.
